The registration key for FSUIPC4 should be free for them, who bought the FSFLyingSchool addon. So my question is, where do i get this registration key without paying this high amount... please help

What "high" amount? You most certainly do not need a registration key for FSUIPC4 for that add-on. Please go and read the instructions for FSFlyingSchool again. you are misreading them. You do not get a free key for FSUIPC4! Pete
