XPAX DOESNT CONNECT

Okay im not sure if this is the first time some one post this but i cant connect XPAX to fs9 i click connect to fs and at the bottom it says sim disconnected and when i click the connect button it just flashes and it keeps on saying sim disconnected. Can some one be of assistance to me please

Xpax uses simconnect, as I can remember

check your simconnect

(use the AI traffic test)
