Stopping Cockpit resizing under Vista

I have used my registered copy of FSUIPC under XP for a number of years. Recently I switched to a Vista OS computer. I am trying to implement the "Stop Cockpit Resizing" function but unsuccessfully so far. The box is checked on the Miscellaneous page but I cannot find the "Windows Display Properties" page in Vista to uncheck "show window contents while dragging" option noted on page 19 on the FSUIPC Manual. Can someone advise me where to locate this in Vista.

in Vista - Right click on the desktop and choose "Personalize" then choose "windows Color and Appearance" this will show as "Appearance Settings" choose "Effects" and you can then see whether "the Show windows contents while dragging" is selected or not. Or in the "Start Search" Box type "personalization" and proceed as above. (its in the same areas as it was in XP except in In XP you would right click on the desktop and choose "prperties" and so on.)

Thanks for the prompt reply and the clear directions. Problem now solved. It was certainly not the place I would intuitively have looked to find the right box to uncheck.

Glad you fixed it - Vista is very similar but at the same time totally different to XP!! :D
