sobor Posted September 16, 2009 Report Posted September 16, 2009 I have had problems with FSX on Vista so I uninstalled the program and removed all references to FSX on the drive and in the register. I then re-installed the program very carefully - rebooting after each phase. Then I tried to re-install FSUIPIC - latest version as a fresh download (FSUIPC4). Then I ran FSX.exe as administrator but when I go to register FSUIPIC the boxes are grayed out (I have valid keys). I have a valid key and it did work in the FSX instillation previously (even though the program constantly crashed). What should I now do. I have searched to forum but do not seem to find a posting that solves the problem. Rob R

You don't register in FSX at all. Please do check the Installation and Registration instructions. Regards Pete
sobor Posted September 17, 2009 Author Report Posted September 17, 2009 Correct. I guess you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Thanks for your quick reply and I apologize for not reading the directions, I just assumed nothing had changed.
