Buying FS Wide when e-mail adresse is changed

Hello,

I am going to buy Fs Wide for FS2004. I allready have the registered FSUIPC since many years ago.

When looking at the product page in Simmarket follwing is stated as requirement:

---- FSUIPC3 WITH KEY ISSUED TO THE SAME NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS IS REQUIRED ----

I have, however, changed my e-mail adress since I bought the FSUIPC. I have also tried to find a way to update my e-mail adress within the registered data in FSUIPC. With no sucsess.

How will I be able to buy the Fs Wide now ?

I think you can tell them the email address you need it to be registered for, perhaps referring to your earlier purchase. Is there a place to provide extra information like that? If not perhaps raise a Problem Ticket about it beforehand?

If none of that works, then after purchasing you can raise a Problem Ticket and they will deal with it, and I can also deal with it -- but they are usually quicker (and I might be away or something ;-) ). If you have to come back to me, just raise the matter first. Don't post your details or keys.

I'm really looking forward to implement my second computer to my FS world with applications like Radar Contact and such beauties.
