CH Yoke and FSUIPC

Recommended Posts

I have a registered copy of the lastest version of FSUIPC. The module will recognize all axis just fine. When I go to the calibration page, my aileron and elevator axis' will max out with only the slightest of movement. The result is a full scale deflection of the control surfaces with no intermediate range making control of the aircraft impossible. The values will max at the +/- values of 16384. The throttle, Mixture and Prop all function normally. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem with my new Windows 7 computer.

Make sure any "energy saving" options to turn off your usb ports is disabled.

Calibrate yoke etc first in windows calibration

Delete any FS assignments for that axes.

uninstall any CH software.

I actually go further and run FS9 with "joystick disabled". Everything is programmed through FSUIPC and all works as it should.
