Rick the pilot Posted March 21, 2010 Report Posted March 21, 2010 Hello, I have both Flight Simulator 2004 and FSX. According to FS 2004 at the top of the screen I am informed that I had an unregistered copy of FSUIPC. A long while ago I purchaced some Captain Sim aircraft and PMDG and vaguely seem to remember that this came with a registered copy of the FSUIPC module..but I could easily be wrong. So...what exactly do I need to be up and running with FSUIPC on both FS 2004 and FSX. and do I need to buy two licences etc? (currently, the version of FSUIPC I have is 3.70). Please advise...Thank you, Rick the pilot.
guenseli Posted March 21, 2010 Report Posted March 21, 2010 I'm sure you haven't got a full registered version of FSUIPC with a CS Addon. Many Addons need FSUIPC to work, but only with the unregistered version... As you can see at the simmarket page you need to purchase a FS9 version AND a FSX version if you want to.
JSkorna Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 ...and 3.70 is very old and you should be using 3.98: http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html
