FSUIPC not installing

Installer seems to run fine, but doesn't show up in addons menu.

FSUIPC4.6 freeware (downloaded for the superbug), vista 64, FSX sp2

hi zaer me bought fsuipc 4 last feb its was working perfectly,i did me laptop,since that its not working no add on menu,i did try all solution given here,i might did mistake 2,need a help :?:

The installer worked fine, as you said. Is there an FSUIPC4.LOG file in the FSX Modules folder? If so, I need to see that. If not, I need to see your DLL.XML file which is here:

C:\Users\Scotchegg\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX\
