Freeware Application Key Request

Hi Pete,

I made a little plugin for FS9 using FSUIPC that I'd like to release as freeware and I would like to get an application key so that it runs with an unregistered copy of FSUIPC. I could not find any information on how to properly request an application key, so I am trying it here. My apologies if I overlooked something in the documents.
