A question about for FSUIPC

I have a question. When i press a button on the keyboard, I want to pull the Altitude knob. When I press the same button again I want to push the Altitude knob. I could not do it with Fsuipc. Is there another way ?

PS: I have addons: Wilco Airbus vol1 and Fsuipc

Why could you not do it with FSUIPC? What does "pulling" and "pushing" the "altitude knob" do? In fact what IS the "altitude knob"? What function are you actually trying to operate in FS?
