Invoking multiplayer connection

I was looking for a way to change the multiplayer settings.

And to be able to connect FS automatically to an ip address (without directx play)

Can it be done with FSUIPC or do I need to start manipulation FS with the Send Massage api (that’s a bad option for me, a real time consuming...)

Sorry, I know nothing about multiplayer, and there's nothing in FSUIPC for it.
