When did you purchase the FSUIPC4 registration? There's no sign of any such purchase here. Have you checked with your account at Simmarket? There is a Steve Tanner with a different email address, purchasing FSUIPC today (31st March), and one other long ago (2006). I think you need to re-check what name and email you used when purchasing it. Regards Pete
