I used to use GFConfig to assign the Altimeter to a GF45 and the Xpdr to a GF166, with each rotary "click", the number changed. Now, instead of GFConfig, I'm using FSUIPC, but the rotaries now click twice before the number changes. Any ideas on why one method is "more sensitive" than the other?

It is explained in the user guide. Rotaries alternately set the button input "on" then "off". To have each click do something you have to assign to both "press" and "release", not just one or the other. Pete
