I am really stuck here on our simulator. I keep getting app.dll error and cannot figure out why.

First my simulator PC specs are as follows:

Windows 7 64bit Ultimate

Quad Core QX6850

8GB DDR3

2) GTX-280's running 3 50" 1080P screens and 1 monitor

SSD

3 other computers running Glass Cockpit / CDU and connected through WideFS

2 USB pedals, 1 flight joystick

PFC USB Throttle Box

PFC COM port radio stack

Opencockpits EFIS, MPC, and Flaps gauge all controlled by SIOC

Opencockpits engine cluster

Opencockpits gauges

Now I know that is a lot to have connected and pinpoint a problem. We had it running solid for well over a year on Vista and FS2004, but decided to upgrade to Windows 7 and FSX. Upon upgrading it seemed to work good for about 6 months until our squawkbox started messing up. We changed out squawkbox for FSINN and experienced a load of problems. Since then, I have reformatted and completely left off FSINN and squawkbox.

I started by installing FSX first and testing it solo. Worked great. I moved on to installing all my accessories one at a time. All gauges work, throttles and joysticks. I moved on to FSUIPC and now I'm getting the app.dll crashes.

This is where I stand now. I am pasting my FSUIPC4.LOG file below. Can you steer me in the right direction?

"app.dll"? That's the name? There's no such dll in either Windows or FSX. If FSX is crashing within such a DLL you need to find what add-on it belongs to -- certainly none of mine.

The Log shows FSUIPC running fine, and terminating normally after an FSX session lasting 945 seconds (over 15 minutes), so FSX certainly couldn't have crashed during this time.

yeah that's the name of the DLL. I thought it came from FSUIPC or accessed by FSUIPC. A google search indicates it can be used by many different applications, so I'm going to have to check everything 3rd party again and see what installs that DLL.

Funny, I could have sworn it was from a crashed session. Sorry :(

I'll post a new one when I have a chance to fire it up again and after I troubleshoot the app.dll source.
