no registration

Hi,

I have a registered copy of FSUPIC 3.99 but it won't register. Here are the install logs, any ideas?

As pointed out in the Interim release notes in the Download Links subforum, Microsoft have changed quite a few of the Windows security arrangements since 3.99 was released and I've had to make changes to get around those. Please therefore try the more recent version -- 3.998e is currently available in that Subforum.
