question regarding a not registered version of FSUIPC

This is something that just arisen in the forum of the VA where I belong to.

Is it possible to install the latest updated module if you have a non registered version? ...and if is not (which I strongly believe )which is the latest module for the free version.

How come you "strongly believe" such an odd thing? There's only ever one version 3 and one version 4.

All registration does is release the User Facilities. There is only one current version of SUIPC3 and one current version of FSUIPC4. There never has been a "registered version" and an "unregistered version". I cannot understand where such nonsense arises!
