WideFs via switcher

I ve been trying to use WideFs to a network of two pc s .They are connected via router ADSL using a switcher ..I ve tried all the recommended arrangements but i still cant get a connection.Please give me a step-by-step guidance to do so.

Switcher? I assume you mean a normal Ethernet switch?

I'm afraid I can't really help setting a Network up. Please check all the windows help for that. Once you have the network actually operating properly in Windows, then WideFS will have no problems. It just uses standard TCP/IP by default, like everything else.
