Latest Fsuipc Version!

Dear Pete Dowson,

I recently purchased the CaptainSim Legendary B727 online and after download found my FS9 wouldn't load again. The message was that I needed an Fsuipc version 9. No one seems to know of any version 9 anywhere. I've looked that up on a few other forums and the response was "get the latest Fsuipc from Schiratti". I tried searching for that on teh website but everything was a blur. I couldn't find anything that looked like a version 9 of Fsuipc or for that matter anything that seemed to present itself as the latest version of the software. I, respectfully, request for help, please.

Version 1 was for FS2000, version 2 for FS2002. We were up to version 3 for FS9 and that superseded those. Version 4 was developed separately for FSX. If I contemplated doing a version for MS Flight, which I'm not at present, it would be version 5. We'll never get to a version 9 -- I'll be dust before then!

The current versions are 3.998g for FS9 and before, and FSUIPC 4.745 for FSX, ESP and Prepar3D. The earliest supported versions are 3.99 and 4.70 respectively. Also check the Download Links subforum here.

Dear Pete,

Well, thanks tons. I downloaded your version 3 and - bingo! - everything is tickety-boo once more. A small matter, which I don't think is Fsuipc related, is the Sound.dll incompatibility that now flashes at start-up. But I'm sure that'll be sorted out too somehow.
