Axis Repeat Rate

just re-installed Flight Sim, decided to make a few changes to my control setup and am now lost on two issues:

Can I assign button repeat rates to each button separately?

How do I change the repeat rate for a range button press on an axis?

No.

How do I change the repeat rate for a range button press on an axis?

There are no true button presses from axes! If you mean virtual buttons the one universal repeat rate applies.
