fsuipc error message in TOPCAT

When i attempt to send Tocat Weight and Fuel Data to FS9 I get the error message "ipc message failed all retries FSUIPC" this only happens in FS9, FSX works perfectly, both copies of FSUIPC are Registered.

Close FS9 and show me the log.

Are you running both FS9 and Topcat at the same privilege levels? If not they can't talk to each other.

Please always quote version numbers.
