How do I get my old key to work. It's rejected each time I try.

I purchased FSUIPC a long time ago. I've tried to get it to work with the newer version, but it doesn't.

Hello.

There's no reason it won't work now, if it did before, unless it has specifically been blocked for some reason (usually because a code was "shared" on a site or forum, but as you have order details, it's unlikely to be that). Otherwise, these are the three usual issues:

1) Are you trying to register FSUIPC4 with an FSUIPC3 key? If so, it;s a different version and needs a new key purchased.

2) Are you using EXACTLY the same details that you used when you registered it? If you have changed e-mail addresses, use your old one.

3) If in doubt, go to your simMarket account and copy and paste the details from the original order.
