bagpacker Posted August 25, 2012 Report Posted August 25, 2012 I have FSUIPC for FS9 and FSX installed and registered. Since then I changed my e-mail address. I recently purchased WIDEFS for FS9 and FSX and my spelled name and my e-mail address is differend from my FSUIPC registration data. Now I want to register WIDEFS and insert the new name, address and key during the process, it appears that when I have FS9 or FSX started that the registration of FSUIPC is void. Apperantly the different name and e-mail address will not be accepted. Please sombody help me out of this problem :???: Henk.

Whilst a different email address is allowed for wideFs, the name must be identical. Please sombody help me out of this problem :???: You should really have read the details before purchase. Now the only way is to raise a problem ticket with SimMarket and explain your predicament. Regards Pete
