Hi Peter,

I have decided to revisit fs9 and had a previously registerd copy of v3 but did not have widefs with that. So i bought widefs on sim market and now can't seem to get them both registered. There are different emails on each purchase. I can get widefs registered but not fsuipc and vice versa but not both even though I can get through the dialogs for both registrations successfully.

Not sure how to remedy this.

Sounds like you are using a very old version of FSUIPC, as all versions over the past year or two have been installed with an installer which will accept different emails for FSUIPC and WideFS. Your name must be exactly the same, that's all.

The earliest supported version of FSUIPC3 is 3.999w. There's also an update (3.999x) in the Download Links subforum, but you must use the 3.999w installer to Register.

I didn't register with my middle name on the most recent purchase. Any way to correct this?

This is concerning v3.99w Can I some how request the reg info be changed to reflect my earlier reg of fsuipc? This was an over site on my part but I hope I don't have to re-purchase.

Thank you,

John

You'll need to raise a Problem Ticket with SimMarket and tell them it was a genuine mistake. I'm not able to do anything from my end. I just do programming and technical support.
