Project777 Posted November 13, 2012 Report Posted November 13, 2012 Hi Pete, hi all, unfortunately our setup is crashing very often with FSELIMINATOR troubles. We are running our FSX on a multiple PC setup, with AST software. All on Win 7. After crashing we need to reboot to gain control again. We are desperately looking for the cause, but no more ideas here. We changed some USB cables and ports. But this did not solve our problems. Unfortunately we cannot send the wideclient.log, because the file size is 2.4 GB(!) All the other information is listed below. Hopefully we can find a solution! Thanks in advance and best regards Hans FSUIPC4.log ********* FSUIPC4, Version 4.758 by Pete Dowson ********* User Name="Gerhard Lück" User Addr="Viennaflight@aon.at" FSUIPC4 Key is provided WideFS7 Key is provided Running inside FSX on Windows 7 Module base=61000000 47 System time = 13/11/2012 13:38:08 93 FLT UNC path = "\\VIENNAFLIGHT-PC\Users\viennaflight\Documents\Flight Simulator X-Dateien\" 515 Trying to connect to SimConnect Acc/SP2 Oct07 ... 530 FS UNC path = "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\" 936 LogOptions=00000000 00000001 936 Wind smoothing fix is fully installed 936 G3D.DLL fix attempt installed ok 936 SimConnect_Open succeeded: waiting to check version okay 936 Trying to use SimConnect Acc/SP2 Oct07 11731 Running in "Microsoft Flight Simulator X", Version: 10.0.61637.0 (SimConnect: 10.0.61259.0) 11731 Initialising SimConnect data requests now 11731 FSUIPC Menu entry added 11793 \\VIENNAFLIGHT-PC\Users\viennaflight\Documents\Flight Simulator X-Dateien\LOWW RWY29.FLT 11793 C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\iFDG A320-211 Lufthansa\A320-214.AIR 13431 System time = 13/11/2012 13:38:21, Simulator time = 13:38:17 (12:38Z) 13431 Aircraft="A320-211 LH" 84599 Starting everything now ... 84599 AES Link established 85145 Run: "\\astnas\ast\Server\ASTSRV.exe" 108920 **** SimConnect Data Stalled! Pete Dowson Posted November 13, 2012 Report Posted November 13, 2012 unfortunately our setup is crashing very often with FSELIMINATOR troubles. What's "FSELIMINATOR". Do you mean WideClient.exe? We are desperately looking for the cause, but no more ideas here. We changed some USB cables and ports. But this did not solve our problems. What have USB cables and ports got to do with WideFS? Unfortunately we cannot send the wideclient.log, because the file size is 2.4 GB(!) How on Earth does it get to be 2.4GB? How many hours does that cover? What sort of logging options are you enabling? Please do not mess with those options unluss asked. And I cannot offer any help with no information, so you need to at least extract something. What about the WideClient version number and what you are using it for? That would be a start! From the Windows crash data it seems the Cliet is having problems with DirectInput, so you certaniyl need to describe what you are doing in a lot more detail. As it is you provide nothing. ********* FSUIPC4, Version 4.758 by Pete Dowson ********* I'm afraid i cannot possibly support such an old version. Please update to a supported version before asking for support. Pete
Project777 Posted November 14, 2012 Author Report Posted November 14, 2012 Hi Pete, thanks for your quick response. As this is not my simulator - I only try to help - I myself need to gather more information. And of course we will update to the latest versions. If I have more facts and infos, I will come back to you. Hans
