FSUIPC 4.703 'select for FS control' box

I have a registered version of FSUIPC 4.703 25th April 2011. Been working well everyday since then but today (21st Jan) my selected controls in FSUIPC do not operate for any aircraft.

I have tried to re-enter my selections but cannot get a tick in the 'select for FS control' box. This section does not 'highlight'

Can you advise me on a course of action please?

Sorry, but that version is far far too old to support. You need to update to a supported version first, no earlier than 4.853.
