I can't find the FSUIPC cfg file?

There isn't any 'cfg' file. All FSUIPC settings are stored in its INI file, which is in the FS modules folder next to FSUIPC itself, unless you are using FS9 on Vista or Win7/8 and have not set FS9 to run in XP compatibility mode. Then you'd probably find it in the FS files folder in your documents -- this is because of Vista/7/8 restrictions.

Found it. Thanks can you tell me how to setup the pan for the hat switch like the default fsx panning

Not in the INI. Run FSX, go to FSUIPC options, select Axes assignments, and assign the hat to "pan view".

Thanks, how do you setup to the command to cycle though views? I can't find the right option in the button setup.

It's either Next view or Next subview. I don't recall.

If you don't understand the controls in the list but know how to use them on the keyboard, just enable Event logging in FSUIPC, use the keyboard for the control, and check the log. The name and number of the control will be shown.

Just the FSUIPC  "INI" file, in the Modules folder, it is its configuration settings file. It's all in there.
