Pete Dowson Posted March 14, 2013 Report Posted March 14, 2013 I have been trying to set up the brakes in fsuicp.. They work OK but they grab sending the aircraft from side to side. Any suggestions. Toe brakes? Try calibrating. Regards Pete
-Pv- Posted March 18, 2013 Report Posted March 18, 2013 Did you have a problem prior to editing FSUIPC? I agree with Peter's observation that foot activated toe controllers would be suspect in this case since by default, FS activates breaks with the period key symmetrically. Crosswinds are another culprit. You should test and calibrate with NO WINDS. Uneven fuel load can also cause this behavior. Test with fuel and payload as specified by the aircraft specifications and the aircraft balanced with correct Center of Gravity (take off or landing configuration.) -Pv-
