500ft crosswind

Hello,

Iv asked this before I thought I worked it out but I hadnt,

I am running the lastest FSUIPC with Opus, now I get crosswind to around 500 feet and then the wind has no effect apon my aircraft even though the wind is still present. As I am using Opus I have no wind options checked in FSUIPC except 'varience' - so my question is, is their anything else in FSUIPC that would stop me getting crosswind or any wind effect below 500ft?

I had a search and couldnt find anything.

Temporarily remove the registration for FSUIPC by removing the FSUIPC key file from the modules folder, you can put it back when you have finished testing. If you still get your problems now then you know it's not FSUIPC causing the issue because the unregistered version of FSUIPC has no user configurable weather functions in it as far as I can remember.
