To Whom It May Concern:

I bought FSUIPC yesterday and received an email stating that I would be sent a registration key in order for me to use the full version of FSUIPC. Well, this morning, I think I accidentaly deleted this email thinking it was spam or a virus. It was after I emptied my deleted items folder that I realized I hadn't checked to make sure there wasn't an email in there from "The simFlight Network".

If the email hasn't been sent yet, then I'm sorry to bother you, but if it has, is it possible to resend it to me? My order number is 55749. My email is jonathan@sgair.net

You need to write to Customer Services at http://www.simmarket.com. They will be able to deal with this. I don't think anyone here on the Support Forum can help as this is concerned with technical support, not sales. SimMarket themselves deal with all the Registrations.

Don't worry, they will have you on record and will be able to re-issue the key if you have lost it.
