Enno29 Posted May 24, 2013 Report Posted May 24, 2013 Hi, how can I simulate a rapid cabin depressurization with the actual FSUIPC under FSX SP2? any idea? regards enrico
Pete Dowson Posted May 24, 2013 Report Posted May 24, 2013 how can I simulate a rapid cabin depressurization with the actual FSUIPC under FSX SP2? any idea? No idea. You can play passenger screaming wave files using the Sound facilities in a Lua plug-in. I've no idea how to simulate the air mouthpieces dropping from the overheads. What do you want to happen? Pete
Enno29 Posted June 5, 2013 Author Report Posted June 5, 2013 may be i can change the present cabin high to simulate this? Is it possible with FSUIPC?
Pete Dowson Posted June 5, 2013 Report Posted June 5, 2013 may be i can change the present cabin high to simulate this? Is it possible with FSUIPC? What's the "cabin high"? Do you mean the equivalent cabin altitude for the current cabin pressure? If so, then I'm afraid all the SimConnect pressurisation values are read only (the ones mapped to offsets 0318 to 0328). These are only used to drive default pressure gauges on some asircraft. If you wanted to change a real gauge reading FSUIPC offsets you could use the "spoofing" options for offset values, (see offset 0024 and the Lua example). Pete
