Unable to register FSUIPC4 and WideFS

We bought FSUIPC4 about a year ago with one user name and now recently bought WideFS with another user name.  FSUIPC4 and WideFS are installed on the same computer.  I am able to register each individually but not the same time.

I am running FSUIPC v4.91.

A change in email address is allowed, but without some commonality, like the actual user name, there's no way to tie them together. You'll need to raise a problem ticket with SimMarket and see if you can get a reissue of one or the other with the same name.
