Pete Dowson Posted August 15, 2013 Report Posted August 15, 2013 Recently, 2 hours ago roughly, I received this error when I launched FSX. Sorry, but I cannot read what that says, the picture is far too small and won't enlarge. Please just tell me what it actually says. In case it is the usual SimConnect trust sync problem please refer to the FAQ suforum thread entitled FSX fails to run after FSUIPC4 first installed . Pete
Maverik Bursch Posted August 23, 2013 Author Report Posted August 23, 2013 Pete, Your work around fixed it. This to be exact: NEW! With effect from version 4.85 of FSUIPC, a small DLL called FSUIPC4_Loader is supplied inside the main downloaded ZIP file. If you place this into the FS Modules folder and re-run the FSUIPC4 installer, then the Loader will be loaded by SimConnect instead of FSUIPC4 directly, and that Loader will load FSUIPC4 itself after a few seconds. This may help get over the SimConnect bug. I downloaded FSUIPC Version 4.91, and then put the included DLL into my FS modules folder and it works without error. Thanks, Maverik
