How to assign an axis as throttle without reverse

Dear Pete,

I need to assign an axis as ENG Throttle 1 for B737. I have separate switches for reverse thrust. I went to calibration page 3. It seems that It is necessary to set a reverse thrust range in this page while I don't need it. Is there any calibration page for throttles with separate reverse thrust lever? does the throttle works accurately, If I don't set a range for reverse thrust in page 3. Please let me know What I should do.

Er ... didn't you see the "no reverse zone" checkbox, top left? That facility has been there for many releases, and it is also covered in the documentation .
