windows 8 fsuipc4.dll crash

Hello, i was using this program http://va-gae.eu/flightoperations/download/fsx-joystick-tool.html and when i started it fsx crashed. Since then when i launch fsx i got this:

i have unistalled reinstalled deleted the dll file but nothing it always crash to the desktop.

 

What am i doing wrong?

sorry i wrongly posted 2 topic, i have tryed with different fsuipc versions but nothing changes i think this program called "Don't Loose your stick" messed up with simconnect because there is no log!

by following the answers on the faq section i managed to repair fsuipc i only had to place fsuipc loader in the modules folder, thank you very much for the help
