FSUIPC4 ADD ON Won't Show Up

I tried to install a previous version which was unsuccessful. So I found the newest version. There is no log file in my Modules folder. When I opened FSX, it asked me permission for a few things and I approved them. The FSUIPC4 installation was successful (thats what it said).

 

My DLL.XML file has this

    </Launch.Addon>

</SimBase.Document>

 

 

 

This was very frustrating until I started eating a piece of cake. But I still need help. Thanks everyone.

What was "insuccessful" about the previous install?

 

Is there an INI file generated? Is there an AddOns menu is FSX flight mode, containing FSUIPC?

 

It would help more if you pasted here the Install log.
