teeb57 Posted November 29, 2013 Report Posted November 29, 2013 After installing, the dialog box tells me that 4.923 installed okay. Then I check "check existing registrations" where I then get the 'registration was cancelled or doesn't check correctly' dialog. Add-ons did install into FSX but I can't register there either. Trying to register as a new member, the dialog tells me that I have an invalid 12 digit key.
Andydigital Posted November 29, 2013 Report Posted November 29, 2013 Log into your simmarket account and check your purchase history, look for FSUIPC and check that your registration information is entered exactly the same as at the time when you purchased it. All three fields must be identical.
