Joe Hill Posted December 6, 2013 Report Posted December 6, 2013 Sorry to bother you Peter but I am completely lost. Even after reading the posts on this subject I find myself dumber than dumb. I recently purchased the license for WideFS and already own the license for FSUIPC for FSX. I installed WideFS but can't figure how to run the program. My computer is a Windows 7 64 bit operating system. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. My laptop runs Windows 7 also, and I have a home network and I see both computers on it. FSX is installed on my desktop. Thank you. Joe

When you say you "installed WideFS", what exactly do you mean? There's no installation to be done on the FSX PC, only entering your registration in the FSUIPC Installer. On the Client you simply place WideClient wherever you want, then run it. That's it. Pete
Joe Hill Posted December 6, 2013 Author Report Posted December 6, 2013 I should of said I registered WideFS. Joe
Pete Dowson Posted December 6, 2013 Report Posted December 6, 2013 I should of said I registered WideFS. Okay. And ...? Did you run WideClient on your non-FS PC? Did you start FS on your FS PC? What programs are you trying to run on WideFS on your client PC? Did they connect or not? I'm trying to get you to tell me what the problem is -- what you are doing, what you are not understanding. You are not telling me anything. Regards Pete
