flaps jump 2 notches

I have set the flaps in FSUIPC to incr/decr but in all aircraft the flaps move 2 notches.

 

Is there a setting in the 'aircraft settings' that have to be changed ?

It sounds like you are assigning a button to send the INCR or DECR both on press and release? Either that or your button is misbehaving and sending two signals.

 

Oh, one other possibility is that you've got it assigned twice, once in FSUIPC and again in FS.
