SWA4420
Hi Everyone, I have a quick question about using a single profile to apply to multiple aircraft of the same type, in this case the Eaglesoft CX750 2.0 for FSX. I've created a macro to enable my GoFlight MCP Pro to work with one livery of that aircraft, and wish to be able to use it with every widescreen variation (WS) of each livery. There are 8 liveries at this point. Here's what I've set up for it in the FSUIPC.ini file (version 4.9.3.4) - [General] - ... ... ShortAircraftNameOk=Substring ... ... [MacroFiles]1=4X_DA20-1002=CX750[Profile.CX750]1=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N104CT WS2=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N120M WS3=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N199ES WS4=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N270CX WS5=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N377SF WS6=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N426CM WS7=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N505ES WS8=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N800ES WS[JoystickCalibration]AllowSuppressForPFCquad=YesExcludeThrottleSet=YesExcludeMixtureSet=YesExcludePropPitchSet=YesSepRevsJetsOnly=NoApplyHeloTrim=NoUseAxisControlsForNRZ=NoFlapsSetControl=0FlapDetents=NoReverserControl=66292Reverser1Control=66422Reverser2Control=66425Reverser3Control=66428Reverser4Control=66431MaxThrottleForReverser=256AileronTrimControl=66731RudderTrimControl=66732CowlFlaps1Control=66162CowlFlaps2Control=66163CowlFlaps3Control=66164CowlFlaps4Control=66165SteeringTillerControl=0MaxSteerSpeed=60[buttons.CX750]0=P157,10,CM2:1,01=U157,10,CM2:1,02=P157,9,CM2:2,03=U157,9,CM2:2,04=P157,18,CM2:4,05=U157,18,CM2:4,06=P157,14,CM2:7,07=U157,14,CM2:7,08=P157,13,CM2:6,09=U157,13,CM2:6,010=P158,12,CM2:8,011=U158,12,CM2:8,012=P158,0,CM2:15,013=P158,18,CM2:16,014=P158,19,CM2:18,015=P101,3,CM2:19,016=P101,1,CM2:20,017=P158,21,CM2:13,018=P157,21,CM2:10,019=U157,21,CM2:10,020=P157,22,CM2:11,021=U157,22,CM2:11,022=P158,17,CM2:12,023=P158,5,CM2:21,0__________________________________________________________ I can only get it to work with the first plane in the list - N104CT, as that was the plane I set it up with....am I missing something? Do I have to duplicate the [buttons.CX750] for each livery variant? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Jim Edited May 16, 2014 by SWA4420
aua668
Hi, You need just one entry in your C750 Profile: [Profile.CX750]1=Eaglesoft Citation X 2 As you have setup the ShortAircraftNameOk=Substring this should detect all your C750 aircrafts and apply the button profile to it. To avoid later conflicts with other planes you should consider also to create a seperate [JoystickCalibration.C750] profile. SWA4420
Hi Reinhard, Thanks very much, that did the trick! I've also created a separate joystick profile for the CX750 per your advice. Jim
