I'm interested in the Adventure Text Display mainly.

The Installation and Registration document which was included in the ZIP you download containing the FSUIPC Installer tells you what you get and where it is installed.

You mean you want to program an FSUIIPC application? For that you need the FSUIPC SDK, available in the same places as the FSUIPC download -- i.e. here in the Download Links subforum, and over in www.schirati.com/dowson.
