Hi guys

Before I installed FSUIPC I could move around the outside locked spot view with left, right, up and down on hatswitch,.

I installed FSUIPC and now when I go into locked spot to pan around aircraft it only moves when I use left and right on hat switch up and down doesn't work anymore. Is this FSUIPC related ?

Also when I load into a aircraft and hit right on hat switch is stutters a bit and then moves freely ?.

I use EZDOK and fully registered FSUIPC.

Thanks

No. Just installing FSUIPC changes nothing at all. It simply acts as a data interface to client applications.

Why have you registered FSUIPC if you aren't using it?

Sorry forgot to put it in, I do use FSUIPC I run my controls through it in fsx.

So, have you assigned the hat switch in FSUIPC or in FS or in both? And what to?

It is difficult getting enough information from you! ;-)

I run it hat switch through EZDOK, Should I do it through FSUIPC.

I untick my controller in control settings also.

Please yourself. I never used that feature in EZDOK. But if you aren't using FSUIPC for it then your problems aren't anything to do with FSUIPC. You need to ask at EZDOK support.

If you assign in FSUIPC, use the axis assignments and assign to the FS control "Pan view".

I cant find the bit where it says pan view in axis assignment

Select the normal FS axis control option, NOT the direct to FSUIPC one, as I said! Pan view is in the drop down list, in the P's. They are in alphabetic order!

No one else has ever not been able to find things in the drop down!!! I've no idea what you are getting up to! :-(

Dont venture into FSUIPC often.

Thanks have fixed the external view. :)

Still doing a slight stutter when pressing right on Hat

Maybe your hat has a problem then, because all directions are the same -- it's FSX which processes the number sent by the Controller's driver.
