Is there an offset to make a display "blink"?

When I swap frequencies from standby to active, I would like them to blank out for a second in their original state and then come back in their new (swapped) state. I have been looking fo an offset to blank out single frequencies (not the whole radio stack), but I did not find any. Or did I miss anything?

In short no, most likely would have to be done in the gauge coding itself.
