here is my log file ive tried reinstalling FSUIPC, the registry fix and FSUIPC loader still nothing :/ 

 

any help would be appreciated

Nevermind i was poking around my FSX folder i noticed a file named "Prepair3d.exe" that kept causing FSUIPC to crash that was placed in there by the P3D migration tool

Yes -- as the Log shows:

 

Running inside Prepar3D v2

... Prepar3D has been renamed as "fsx"
 
It also shows you are using an older unsupported version of FSUIPC. The current version is 4.937.
