GPSOUT Feature and Jeppesen JeppFD

Hi All,

I was looking in the FSUIPC setting then i saw "GPSOUT".

The Question i encountered was : is it possible to connect FSX via GPSOUT feature of FSUIPC to my JeppFD V.2.6.1 on my iPad?

Sorry, but i don't know. The GPSout output is standard NMEA format serial data. You have two things to investigate -- first, does JeppFD accept standard NMEA data, and if so which sentences (you can select the sentences to be sent in FSUIPC), and secondly, how does the serial data get out from the PC into your iPad? You'd need some sort of serial connection ro a USB connect which looks like a serial port on the PC.
