Hi Pete,

I am not sure if you can help me or not.

Current Setup:

* PMDG aircraft

* FSUIPC 4.9xx - licensed copy

* FSX

* LINDA - to manage inputs from the MCP

* Flightsimparts - 7-segment displays to manage Course A, Course B, AP IAS/Mach, AP Heading, AP Vertical Speed, AP Alititude

* PoKeys Ethernet

* Leo Bodnar BU0836X - for pushbuttons and encoders

* FSSymphony 2.0 - to manage readings from MCP and display on Wendy's display cards

I am having a nasty time getting the autopilot 7-segment displays to output correctly with the PMDG NGX. Course A, Course B, and Heading work fine. However, there is no readings for AP IAS/Mach, AP Altitude, and AP Vertical Speed. If I switch the display to say COMM1 Active, the readings are correct. So the only issue is with AP 4-digit and 5-digit displays.

I contacted Ruediger and provide some info to him. However, he doesn't have the PMDG aircraft so I don't think I'll get a fix. FSSymphony uses FSUIPC. Is there a way for me to capture what is coming out of FSSymphony by using the FSUIPC log?

Thanks,

Steve

The PMDG NGX doesn't use the FS autopilot, and has its own. So all the autopilot display data is not found in the normal FSUIPC offsets for FS. I did map the NGX data to other offsets, as documented in a PDF you will find in your FSUIPC Documents folder. You need to have applied the option in the PMDG NGX SDK, where you will also find the information.
