DrSpek Posted January 17, 2015 Report Posted January 17, 2015 Maybe not a new question, yet I am "new" FSUIPC user setting up his sytem: Is it possible to use GPSout to stream position data to Google Earth/Maps. Google Earth can scan COM ports on the fly as if it was connected to a real GPS device (Garmin). Assume that at least a RS232 null modem or USB null modem connection is needed. As a Newbe FSUIPC4 looks to me a FSX/P3D with great potential. Getting my Saitek X-55 to work via FSUIPC4 is my first priority.

I thought there was already a program linking FS to Google Earth? Does Google Earth accept NMEA sentences via a serial port? If so then, yes, GPSout may work with it. Pete
