Phillip Gallagher Posted January 27, 2015 Report Posted January 27, 2015 I don't know who else to ask so hopefully somwone can help. I have a registered copy of FSUIPC. I started to assign key/asix assignments using LINDA as well. I could not get LINDA to work so I decided to just use FSUIPC reg. for weather/saved flights, etc. The problem I'm having is that when I engage the AP the aircraft (ie Simcheck A300, Level-D) starts to climg at 6000 ft per minute and the elevator trim jumps to 10-14 degrees up causing a stall. Then when I disengage AP it starts to dive. I can't find any conflict with the elevator trim among Ch yoke, Saitek x52 etc. I disconnected my Ch yoke and that wasn't the problem. Any help would be appreicated! Phil G

What have you actually done in FSUIPC? Why do you think FSUIPC is anything to do with this? Engaging the A/P is just one assigned control, whether in FS or in FSUIPC. Are you sure this add-on aircraft even uses the FS A/P? Best test assignments etc using a default aircraft first. Only once you have everything sorted start testing on an add-on aircraft. If you are assigning axes and buttons in FSUIPC then you should really disable controllers altogether in FS. There's an option to do this it its settings. Pete
Phillip Gallagher Posted January 27, 2015 Author Report Posted January 27, 2015 Resolved. I believe I resolved this by setting elevator trim axis in FSUIPC and disabling any trim axis assignments in FSX. Thanks for you time Pete! I can't believe I spent 4 hours trying to fix such a simple thing!
