DaveG Posted February 28, 2015 Report Posted February 28, 2015 Hi Pete, hope you had a good holiday. :) I've just tried the latest FSUIPC, version 4.939c at time of writing. With this version, P3d v2.5 with hotfix (2.5.12943) crashes on startup. Reverted to the previous version & all is good again. I've attached the FSUIPC4.log to this post. Hope it's helpful. yayuyo Posted February 28, 2015 Report Posted February 28, 2015 I got the same problem. 1. Clean install p3d 2.5.12943. 2. Start up p3d ok. 3. Install 4.939c (I normally install FSUIPC first after an clean install) 4. p3d crashes at start up 5. Remove 4.939c 6. Start up p3d ok. 7. Install 4.939 (i got an warning that there is newer version of p3d but i installed anyway) 8. Start up p3d ok. /Yuji
Pete Dowson Posted March 1, 2015 Report Posted March 1, 2015 Big ouch! My bad. Because FSUIPC now accepts 12944 as the latest, it stupidly assumed anything before was version 2.4 not 2.5. Silly error, one character, actually, in one of the declarations. I shall fix this immediately and release 4.939d. Apologies! --- 4.939d now released. Pete
DaveG Posted March 1, 2015 Author Report Posted March 1, 2015 Blame the jet-lag Pete! Thanks for the quick update. I'll try that later.
