Cannot Open Registration Page

I paid for and installed FSUIPC version 3.47 in Flight Simulator 2004 and I believe that I got a registration key with the documentation I received from sim market. I opened flight simulator and clicked on the "module" tab on the top of the window and got the option page to register my copy of FSUIPC. When I clicked on the button to register nothing happened. Just for your information I am running Windows 8.1. I hope you will be able to help me fix this issue.

I'm sorry but there is no way I can possibly support such an old version as 3.47 -- that's about 10 years old and has been superseded around 100 times!
