FSUIPC Crashes while loading fSX

I cloned my boot drive and now whenever I try to run FSX i get the splash screen followed by a dialog box that flashes momentarily but not long enough to read, and FSX stops loading.

And so it must be FSUIPC? Is that what you are saying?
